mama's work trip to disneyworld

had to go to Disneyworld for work nov 15-18 for the annual managed print services with HP. it was nice to finally meet some people who i work closely with and to also spend time with them outside of work. we definitely worked hard but played harder. everyday we hit one park and 3 restaurants! def ate my way around orlando. it was also an awesome time to go - the holiday decor was up, last year for osborn family lights, extra holiday discounts for shopping and food & wine festival. if my family was with me, it would have been perfect. but we plan to go easter week so good to scope things out before the boys go.

theme park shenanigans

ever since i became cast member on sept 21st, we have been going to Disneyland and CA adventures every week or every other week. i feel so lucky to be able to take the kids there as often as we want - the happiest place on earth! we haven't gone on all the rides or seen any shows. so much to do and we end up going on the same rides. but no matter how often we go, it will never get old. the boys aren't tall enough yet to go on the good rides. maki even asks me when we can go to Disneyland the day after going! here are some pictures from several of our trips this year:

teacher's heart

when i picked up maki from school today, he was offered to get something from the treasure chest bec he didn't just get a "wow" day, he got teacher's heart. who knew there was something better than a wow! we're so proud of him for listening to his teachers and participating during circle time! we celebrated with some fun at giggles n hugs with ezee. now if we could only get him to listen to us....

halloween 2015

maki's preschool had a show in the morning and class party in the afternoon. luckily i work from home on fridays! ezee's daycare had a parade but i don't think it was open to the parents, but his bag of candy was 5x as big as maki's!

for halloween, we met up with kaye's family in pacific palisades. it was fun trick or treatin at a new place and a lot of the houses there went all out with the decor. the boys were a little scared. one house gave out jello shots to parents. ha! ezee totally got into the spirit this year and said "trick or treat" and dug his little hand into the candy jars. he kept saying "candy"! maki did great with his costume and left his hoodie on with the goggles. we went around for an hour. the boys got so much candy! what to do with all of it?!!! loved spending time with the cousins but after grabbing pizza, we were pooped out. ezee turned cinderella and lost one shoe!
